Science with Style: Subtle Science Posters

I just discovered the work of Graphic Artist, Kapil Bhagat. Namely, he has a series of posters he created to honor male and female scientists. What I love about the posters is how they subtly describe the scientist’s known work. I look forward to sharing these with my students to let them discuss  the references.  The  work of these scientists best match the topics I cover in my courses (but be sure to check out his other work too!):

      

These posters made me realize how often male scientists are referred to by last name only and women scientists are referred to by full name or first name.  Another discussion topic…
