Cyber Monday for Teachers

In the midst of my holiday shopping, I wondered what deals I could find for my classroom.

This is my classroom holiday shopping tip:

One of my favorite places to shop every now and then is For Teachers Only. They have a 20% deal going on for Cyber Monday if you use the coupon “CYBER14”.  I bought a set of KUM High Quality Ellipse Sharpeners from there several years ago (yup, you heard right!) and my students still use them in my classroom to this day. It sure beats the annoying grind of an electric sharpener. If I didn’t already have that, that is what I’d buy.

This year I’m getting Get into the Green Scene Recycled Newspaper Pencils (144 pencils total)! I’m head of our Earth Club so this is fitting in many ways. I’m also getting 3 dozen checking pencils. This brings my order above the $30 minimum.

I have 72 students this semester and the recycled newspaper pencils will be part of my Christmas gift to them. I’m still brainstorming a catchy gift tag.
